Delete your Tall Order data
Tall Order: Scoop Stack · Monryte SRL
Tall Order has no sign-up: the app uses an anonymous account. You can ask us to delete everything stored on our servers for that account.
How to request deletion
- Open Tall Order and tap Friends. Note your friend code.
- Email dev@monryte.com with the subject "Tall Order data deletion" and your friend code.
- We confirm by email and delete your data within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your profile: display name, friend code, best and weekly scores
- Your Daily Tower leaderboard entries
- Your friends list (and you are removed from your friends' lists)
- Your cloud save backup
What is kept
- Purchase records held by Google Play / Apple and RevenueCat, as required for tax and accounting law (up to 10 years). They are not linked to your game profile after deletion.
- Anonymous crash reports and gameplay statistics are not linked to you and expire automatically (within 90 days).
Uninstalling the app removes all data stored on your device.
