Tall Order is published by Monryte SRL, Str. Baia nr. 10, Sector 1, 013496 Bucharest, Romania ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; if these terms conflict with it, these terms apply to the extent the law allows.
Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. Don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the app, and don't use cheats, bots or modified clients to submit scores.
Player names and fair play
Your display name and scores appear on public leaderboards and to friends. We have zero tolerance for offensive or abusive content: no slurs, hate, harassment, sexual content, impersonation or personal information in names. Names are filtered automatically, and any player can report a name or hide another player (tap ⋯ next to their name). We review reports and may rename, hide or remove profiles and scores that break these rules, including scores we believe were cheated, without notice.
Purchases
Tall Order is free to play. Tall Order Deluxe and cherry packs are optional in-app purchases sold and billed by Apple or Google; their refund rules apply. Coins, cherries and other in-game items have no cash value, can't be exchanged or transferred, and are licensed, not sold. Deluxe can be restored with "Restore purchases" on the same store account.
Availability
We may change, update or discontinue features (including online leaderboards) at any time. The game works offline, but online features need an internet connection and can be temporarily unavailable.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Privacy
How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

These terms are governed by Romanian law, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live. Questions or complaints: dev@monryte.com.
